- 15% Refund – because fewer drivers are on the road during the stay at home order, the risk of claims is lower. Safeco has asked the State of Florida for permission to refund 15% of auto insurance premium during the 60 day shutdown.
- Late fees have been stopped from March 23 to May 22nd.
- Personal Auto Coverage has been expanded to allow customers to deliver food and medicine during the emergency.
