Ed Wheeler
Founder, deceased.
Our founder, Ed Wheeler, died April 23, 2019. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the FSU College of Business in 1967, Ed worked with Travelers Insurance Company as a property/casualty underwriter, covering most of North Florida. His dream, though was to become an independent insurance agent. The year was 1969, Neil Armstrong walked on the moon, and Ed Wheeler opened his insurance agency. Ed provided insurance services to families and businesses in North Florida for almost fifty years. To him, his clients were part of his family. When they suffered, he suffered. When they celebrated, he celebrated.
