This is Literacy Week in Florida. John visited Little Rainbows Learning Center in Lake Butler today to read and give away the book “Where the Wild Things Are”. Rotary Club of Lake City, in partnership with The Rotary Foundation and Early Learning Coalition of Florida’s Gateway, gave away more than 1,000 books today to children enrolled in VPK programs. Do you remember roaring your terrible roar, gnashing your terrible teeth and rolling your terrible eyes when you were young and seeing this book for the first time?
