Summer arrives today. With all of the fun, danger comes. We all know that too much heat can cause us to have a really bad day, so watch it. When you are outside for extended periods of time, do these two things. First, listen to your body. If you start to feel funny, don’t push it. Take a break and cool off. Don’t ignore the little voice when your body starts talking to you. Second, drink lots of water. I mean a lot. Drink before you are thirsty. If you are not going to the bathroom, you are not drinking enough water. Enjoy these long hot days, but be smart. Hope to see you out and about.
